Re: Fwd: allocations + the rosé thing

Flagged for manual handling

Could not resolve. The sender is not identified beyond "Dom" and the address gives no domain to match on. Four different products are referred to ("the rosé", "the gin", "the magnum", "the 2024") and none is named. The alcohol figure is explicitly unconfirmed by the sender. No product record proposed — this needs a person who knows which account Dom is.

Flagged rather than dropped. A silently discarded email is worse than a wrong one, because nobody knows to look for it.

The email

hi — following on from the call

so the rosé is confirmed for next year, we're going a bit paler this time and dropping
the alcohol slightly, think it ended up around 12.5 but I'll confirm with the winemaker.
same fruit source mostly though we've brought in a bit from the neighbouring block.

also the gin is back in stock finally.

re the magnum — yes we can do those again but only 300 of them, let me know quickly.

oh and the 2024 is nearly gone, maybe 40 cases left, so if you want to reorder do it
now rather than in October.

Accepting creates a product in Draft. It does not approve anything and it does not reach the website — accepting an intake and approving a product are two decisions, made by two people, on two screens.
