Product Master
MYOB Advanced stays the system of record for SKU, pricing and status. This is the enrichment layer and the approval gate — and everything downstream is generated from it, so the data is entered once and never re-keyed.
How a change moves
- 1MYOB syncs. SKU, price levels A–D and status arrive from MYOB Advanced and are read-only here. Editing them in the Product Master would create a second truth, which is the problem being solved.
- 2A winery emails. The intake extractor reads it and writes a pre-populated draft with a confidence score against every field. Nothing goes live on its own — ever.
- 3Someone enriches it. Attributes, three sales-copy variants, bottle shots and accolades. This is the only place that content lives.
- 4An approver approves. Draft → Review → Approved. The workflow records who and when. Editing an approved record returns it to review, and the previously approved version keeps serving until it is approved again.
- 5Everything downstream regenerates. Website, price sheets, portfolio, EDM and Zoho all read the approved set. No export step, no re-typing.
